Anna Gunn

Anna Gunn was born in the United States. Her most famous role was as Skyler on the AMC drama Breaking Bad. She won the Primetime Emmy Awards in 2013 and 2014 for Outstanding Leading Performance by a Supporting Actress in a a Drama Series for 2013 and 2014. Her other appearances comprise Jean Ward in The Practice as well as Martha Bullock from Deadwood. Anna Gunn was born in Sante Fe New Mexico, in the year 1968. Her passion for performing in Preparatory School prior to moving to Ohio with her family in mid-70s. The theatre studies she pursued was in the theatre department at Northwestern University. A semester was spent at the British American Drama Academy. Anna was employed by the theater in the Chicago area for a few years prior to trying her luck in TV as well as films. Anna's first major role was Arden, in Down the Shore. She appeared on 29 episodes. At the beginning of 1990, Anna was a frequent guest on TV and in films, such as Seinfeld or NYPD Blue. Martha Bullock played two full seasons in Deadwood and was filming during the middle 2000's. Skyler was on screen in Breaking Bad (2008). Sully and Deadwood was another film she starred in. Gunn appeared in David Schwimmer's Sex With Strangers, a production produced by David Schwimmer. The year 2022 saw Gunn also was a part of a four-part audio-play podcast named "Numbered days". Breaking Bad is often centered around the love story between Walter White with his wife Skyler. Their relationship is strained and their eventual break up echoes final years in Walter White's personal life.
